Event Source Mapping

Lambda event source mappings poll supported streams and queues, then invoke a function with batches of records. Lambda ends a batch when its time, record count, or 6 MB payload limit is reached.

aws lambda create-event-source-mapping --function-name <function-name> --event-source-arn <event-source-arn> [--batch-size <integer>] [--maximum-batching-window-in-seconds <integer>] [--enabled | --no-enabled]
