Reads the state of a thread from a remote LangGraph. It can read the current state or a specified checkpoint, and can optionally include subgraph state.

get_state(self, config: RunnableConfig, *, subgraphs: bool = False, headers: dict[str, str] | None = None, params: QueryParamTypes | None = None) -> StateSnapshot
