Logical replication publication

A logical replication publication selects the tables whose row changes a consumer can read. In this Neon setup, a publication works with a pgoutput replication slot to stream changes to Databricks Lakeflow Connect.

CREATE PUBLICATION name FOR TABLE table_name;
SELECT pg_create_logical_replication_slot(slot_name, 'pgoutput');
